Appointments
Appointments are recommended for all salon and spa services. Please contact your beauty & wellness professional directly or select from our list of specialists. Most appointments can be booked online or by phone, and we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins.
Be Punctual
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. Scheduled times are based on our specialists’ availability and the service being provided. If you are running late, inform your beauty professional — they will try to accommodate you. Late arrivals may reduce your service time and affect your overall experience. Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration.
Cell Phones
To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, please limit cell phone use in the spa area.
Gift Cards
Looking for the perfect gift? Many beauty & wellness professional offer gift cards — check with your provider for availability.
Gratuities
Tipping is at the discretion of our guests and is always greatly appreciated.
Payment
All payments are made directly to your service provider. Most accept
cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Some providers may not accept personal checks. Applicable
state sales tax will be added where required.
